Roger Hall is a founding partner of Porcupine Communications.
He has spent 30-plus years in executive marketing, both domestic and international. A proven planner and strategist in market development and new product launches, he consistently leads organizations to substantial growth and profitability.

Roger has extensive experience in budget development and control, risk management, new technologies, and organizational structuring. He has directed all phases of new business development, representing some $1.2 billion in annual sales, for the former Bellcore Labs in New Jersey; he has created staff shows, launched worldwide product and created trade shows throughout much of Europe for the German firm Siemens; he created packaging and POP display material and launched an entire product line for Rubbermaid in Ohio; and he managed the total integration of internal/external communications to create a new culture for
Ericcson of Sweden.

Molly Catron is a storyteller with twenty years experience in corporate America. As a manager and organizational development consultant, she studied various aspects of organizational behavior. She believes many of the problems in organizations and relationships are based on the inability to connect as human beings.

She has used story for leadership development, change management, corporate strategy development, root cause analysis, market research and other areas to help organizations be effective in the Information Age.

Molly has an MA in Storytelling from East Tennessee State University. In addition to performing, she is interested in developing an understanding of the dynamic of story in order to put this powerful form of communication back into its rightful place in the human culture. She is particularly drawn to gathering and crafting stories and in performing stories that teach, transform and inspire others.

Karen L. Hanchett, M.Ed., is owner of Created By You coaching in Pittsburgh, where she provides coaching for executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals.

In the past 15 years, she has been a successful consultant and business owner in the United States and Russia. Karen holds an undergraduate degree from Westminster College, a master’s from Arizona State University, and certification from the Advanced Life Coaching program from Falling Awake.

Karen is highly skilled in public speaking and group facilitation, is conversational in the Russian and Spanish languages, and in her spare time is a potter/sculptor, gardener, avid motorcyclist and master swimmer. She is presently a board member of the Pittsburgh Coaches Association.
